My program DANCE WORKOUT is 50% dance and 50% fitness. All your sessions will be filmed but above all to music, so you'll never be bored during your workouts again! Are you ready to change your body and have fun at the same time?

You'll have 4 sessions totally free for 5 weeks! Sessions last between 20 and 35 minutes and focus on lower body, upper body, abs and one all-dance session per week. During this program, you'll travel through a wide choice of music, from House to RN'B, from Brazil to Reggaeton, from Hip Hop to Electro, and from Afrobeats to Dancehall. This program aims to sculpt, shape and lose fat but also work your muscular resistance and endurance and above all develop your self-confidence!
