When you purchase the program, you will need to create a Vimeo account if you don’t already have one. Once you have purchased the program, you will simply need to log in to your account to access the program!

It is very simple! When you buy a place, you will see a confirmation of purchase on your screen with the place to download. If you forget to do it, don’t panic, you can always download it from your customer area on the Tara’s Body website.

Once you have purchased the program, the e-book will be on your Vimeo account, right after the 20 videos of the program. All you have to do is download the e-book and print it!

The videos are suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced athletes. If you have health problems, make sure to get the agreement of your doctor and/or the specialists who follow your health problem to start a remote sports program. The program is not recommended if you have heart problems or if you are pregnant.

In order to obtain visible and optimal results, I advise you to have a diet adapted to the program. An adapted diet means a healthy and balanced diet. My recipe guide and my E-book are available to guide you through the program.
