Fruit protein yogurt



  • 1 alpro yogurt (vegetable)
  • your favorite / seasonal fruits
  • 4 brazil nuts
  • 1 spoonful of chia seeds
  • 2 squares of dark chocolate
  • 1 spoonful of agave syrup

1- Pour the yogurt in a hollow bowl

2- Cut up all your fruits and place them on the yogurt

3- Break your dark chocolate over the bowl and crumble it

PS: For those with a sweet tooth, you can melt the dark chocolate in another bowl and pour the melted dark chocolate over the yogurt.

4- Add the Brazil nuts and chia seeds.

5- Add a spoonful of agave syrup to the whole preparation.
