100g de flocons d’avoine
1 scoop de whey chocolat
1 banane écrasée
1 cuillère de miel
De la cannelle
1- Mélanger le tout jusqu’à ce que le mélange devienne de la “bouillie”
2- Mettez 2 minutes le mélange au micro onde
3- Versez le mélange dans une assiette et ajouter le topping que vous souhaitez : fruits, fruits secs, chocolat !
