The Porridge

 

Ingredients

 

100g of oatmeal
1 scoop of chocolate whey

1 mashed banana

1 spoonful of honey

Cinnamon






1- Blend the mixture until it becomes a “mush”.

2- Put the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes 

3- Pour the mixture in a plate and add the topping you want: fruits, dried fruits, chocolate!
