Banana pancakes




  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 70g of oat flour
  • 1 scoop of whey (optional)
  • 4 gr of baking powder
  • 30g or 5 tablespoons of vegetable milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

You can use a different flour than this one, but be careful if you use coconut or fine flour… You will have to use another flour or add oat flakes because they have no elasticity and your pancake will end up broken down.

1- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a homogeneous paste.

2- Cook for 4 minutes on each side

3- Add the topping of your choice! Enjoy!
