Madness pancake

 

Les ingredients 

 

150g of oatmeal
1 egg 
1 scoop of whey (optional)
2 spoons of Alpro
1/2 glass of almond milk





1 – Mix everything in a blender 

2- Add a little coconut oil in a frying pan and pour in your mixture 

3- Let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, then turn it over and let it cook on the other side for another 5 minutes

4- Choose the topping you want and enjoy!
