The Bowlcake




1/2 banana

50g of oatmeal

1 egg

1 scoop of whey (optional)

5 tablespoons of plant milk

1- Mix everything together until it is smooth

2- Put your bowl in the microwave for 3-4 minutes

3- Once your bowlcake is compact, turn the bowl over onto a plate. If it is successful, it should be shaped like the bowl

4- Choose the topping you want and enjoy! 

PS: In mine, I like to put fig and chocolate 😉
